Binghay Marine Park or Costa Roca Resort offers hotel rooms and peaceful ambiance to relax while viewing the vast sea and their pool. They also have a mini zoo. This is the first time I saw an Ostrich lolz. Costa Roca is definitely good for your cebu tours. Not sure what happened to their shore but there are lots of plants beside their shore – but this is to present the shore no to be eroded by sea waves.

I stayed at Costa Roca in Balamban during my cycling backpacking trip around Cebu North. I didn't have a reservation but luckily they had a room available. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, bed very comfy and good aircon which I needed after a long hot day on my bike. The resort is down a side street and is right on the seafront with stunning views in to Balamban Bay, the Tanon Strait and Negros. The food in the restaurant was very tasty with large portions. I can definitiely recommend this hotel for your stopover in the area. I will be going back for sure!

We travelled from Australia to attend a wedding and stayed here for 4 nights. I thought it was a lovely rural resort. It is a little run down in places but we were not expecting 5 star. The rooms were basic but very clean. The breakfast was lovely each morning we really enjoyed it. We ate dinner here twice and found it best to preorder food earlier than needed so they could get food needed. Both meals we really enjoyed. We found all staff to be friendly and helpful even when sometimes the language barrier was difficult. overall it was a relaxing place to stay with lots of little spots to sit. The pool had been cleaned and chlorinated and we also enjoyed the use of it.
